Thank you for all your kind messages last week.

For several days, messages of condolence arrived via the website, SMS, WhatsApp, and in replies to my previous email. Thank you all so much.

I have not yet had the chance to reply to everyone personally, but I am working through the messages slowly. As I do, I am recording them to pass on to Barrie’s family.

I saw Anne last week. She is still coming to terms with Barrie’s sudden passing and has been deeply touched by the many lovely messages she has received. She asked me to thank everyone who has been in touch.

The funeral will be held on the 1st of June at 12pm at Coychurch Crematorium (CF35 6AB). That is all the information we have at the moment, but I will share anything further if needed.

Thank you once again. Your kind words and messages have meant a great deal to us all.
