Ahoy, it has been a little while since the last update—things have been wonderfully busy here, and I’m glad to finally share a bit of news with you.

Sales have been strong, especially for higher-end location gear. The only challenge is that very little has come up for sale recently, so demand is definitely outpacing supply.

This time of year always has its rhythm: as summer winds down and productions push through their final shoots before the quieter winter months, we see a steady flow of sales in radio mic systems, tripods, mixers, lenses, matte boxes, lights, flags—you name it. By the time the run-up to Christmas arrives, smaller, “day-to-day helper” bits of kit tend to take centre stage.

Speaking of lenses—just before writing this, a gorgeous set of Iron Glass lenses was listed. If you know them, you know why they’re so special: distinctive, cinematic, and used on productions like The Batman. Take a look here:

On the audio front, a set of A10 radio mics sold recently, and we already have two more buyers hoping to track down a set each. So, if you’ve got A10s that aren’t seeing much action, now’s a great time to find them a new home.
