During Covid we lost our Twitter account due to a technical mishap, and it proved surprisingly difficult to resolve.
We’ve now set things up again, and every new listing is automatically tweeted. We also publish all feedback on Twitter as it comes in.

Should we even be using Twitter at all?
Is it still relevant, or has it had its day?

Never use Twitter X or other social media. Email is just fine. Thx.
Please stop using Twitter (X). I’m not sure it is still relevant today, but more importantly it has become associated with unmoderated, unpleasant and harmful content. It should be boycotted by all fair minded people and organisations.
